This is our final release for 2023.

It has been a huge year for our team and we thank you for your continued support.

This release contains some great new improvements!


Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue when attempting to use specific cent values rounding up incorrectly (such as 0.45c) on invoices

  • Fixed issue where "Other" option on reports would not allow answers over 191 characters

Miscellaneous Improvements

  • Improved the usability of the time selector element with keyboard input

  • Added the ability to print "Unscheduled" appointments on a runsheet

Multiple Client Emails

You can now add multiple emails to a single client!

Documents such as quotations and invoices will attempt to use a billing email if supplied, otherwise will fallback to the primary email.

Note: We will continue to only sync the primary email with a linked accounting provider

When sending a document to the client, it will also give you a list of all suggested emails including those linked through the same client group

Inventory Markup %

You can now mark up the prices of line items on quotations and invoices based on the type of inventory item it is or from the client of that document.

"Care of" Clients

Reports, Quotations and Invoices now let you assign a "Care of" client who acts as the intermediary correspondence for the document.

For example, the main client of a document could be John Smith (tenant), while the care of client could be Barry Plant (Real Estate) where Barry Plant will be in charge of receiving and managing this invoice on behalf of John Smith.

If a care of client is specified, the document will be sent to them instead of the main client.

Care of clients work exceptionally well when both clients are part of the same Client Group.

Additional Fields

New fields have been added to the following:

Clients

  • Multiple Emails (above)

  • Inventory Markup Percentage (above)

  • Timezone - specify which timezone your client resides in. This timezone will be applied when a new appointment is created for the client

  • Roles - specify what role your client has (real estate agent, tenant, site contact etc).
    You can add new roles to the dropdown within Settings > System Defaults > Clients

  • Land Classification - specify the type of land your client is in charge of managing.
    You can add new land classifications to the dropdown within Settings > System Defaults > Clients

  • Strata Number - a reference number to a strata job for this client. This field can be prefilled onto quotations, invoices and reports

  • Strata Number - prefilled from client if applicable

  • "Care of" client (above)

Invoices / Quotations

  • Strata Number - prefilled from client if applicable

  • "Care of" client (above)

  • Work Order Number

Inventory

  • Markup Percentage (above)
