Set the "Default Preferred Communication Method" to SMS and click Save.

Create a new client, or edit an existing client, and set their "Preferred Communication Method".

The selected communication method will be carried onto any new reminders that you create, whether it be invoice payment reminders or appointment reminders.

In the "Clients" section, add a client to the appointment.

A default reminder will be created for this client.

Here you can select which type of reminder to send, the email or mobile phone number it is going to, and the time interval before the appointment.
