Miscellaneous Changes

When searching for files, you can now filter results by the uploader/creator
Within the File Manager, you can now reorder the Categories in the sidebar
Overdue invoice notifications will now display the text:
"If you have already paid this invoice, please disregard this email"

Unscheduled Appointment Reminders

You can now turn on automatic client reminders for your unscheduled appointments.

The reminders will automatically send to your client as the estimated appointment date approaches.

The reminder does not specify a day/time to the client, and they are prompted to contact you to confirm a timeslot for this appointment.

For our existing customers, you'll automatically receive this prompt to turn automatic reminders on, otherwise they'll continue to remain disabled:

If you decide to turn automatic reminders on later, you can do so in Settings > System Defaults > Calendar tab.

The unscheduled sidebar will also show a little green icon to denote when the client has been sent an email/SMS

Updated Recurring Rules

We've redesigned the UI for creating a recurring rule for your appointments.

The new interface lets you select from some common defaults such as monthly, every 3 months or once a year, plus you can continue to create a customised rule as per usual by clicking "All Options".

Attach Files to Invoices & Quotations

You can now attach additional files to your invoices and quotations.

When you create a new invoice or quotation, the "Email Attachments" box will let you select up to 20 additional files.

The selected files will display within your email, plus in Client Connect.

Invoice payment terms per-Client

Each of your clients can now have their own payment terms for new invoices.

This option can be edited within your Client dialog.
