This is our first release for 2025.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where peeking at the calendar when creating an appointment and then updating the timeslot would clear any selected staff members for that new appointment
Fixed a bug where updating an invoice/quotation would not automatically sync the changes to the accounting provider
Fixed a bug where updating the total price for an invoice/quotation would fail to sync the changes to the accounting provider
Miscellaneous Changes
Your client list can now be filtered by "Heard from" (where clients have been referred from)
Invoices and quotations can now have line item quantities greater than or equal to zero. Was previously restricted to a minimum quantity of 1.
Accounting syncs support this change. We've improved file uploading to better-handle individual files which fail.
If a file is invalid, the other files in the batch will continue to process instead of the entire batch failing.Recurring rules now show a warning if the rule conflicts with the start date of your new appointment. You may ignore the warning or action it to avoid an unwanted extra appointment close to the appointment start date.
The last appointment of a recurring rule will now prompt you to extend the rule if more appointments are required.
Updated Address UI
Addresses have been redesigned with separate fields for each address component.
You can enter details in separate fields for an address including Address Line, City/Suburb, Postcode, State, Country.
You can continue to search for an address in the "Address line" field.
These new fields are optional. Using only the "Address line" is allowed. This change allows addresses to be formatted as a multi-line string on your invoice and quotation PDFs
All existing client addresses will be input inside the "Address line" field. You may leave existing addresses like this, or update their address to fill each of the separate fields.
If you leave the address inside the single field, they'll continue to be displayed as a one-line string on PDFs.Accounting syncs will continue to function normally with this change.
