Accessing your business assets

Your business asset collection can be accessed by going to:

  • Settings > Drawing Assets
    โ€‹

  • From the Drawing Tool: On the right hand side, click "Asset Options" > Manage Assets
    โ€‹

Creating a new asset

To create a new asset, in the Drawing Assets dialog, click "Add" at the bottom

You can choose to add a system-prefilled asset, or create your own

To create a new asset, click "Create New" at the top

Choose canvas type

Use the Asset Editor to create an asset as either an icon or freeform canvas.

The Freeform canvas is used for constructing templates and larger items such as Legends.

Editing an existing asset

In the Drawing Asset dialog, select one of your existing assets and click "Edit".

The Asset Editor will open.

Make any necessary adjustments to your asset.

When you're done, click the hamburger menu at the top left and click "Save".

The "Asset Details" dialog will open. You shouldn't need to make any adjustments here unless you want to change how this asset interacts on your drawings.

Click "Save".

Your changes has been saved. You can now use this updated asset on any new drawings that you create.
