How to unsubscribe from Mira

Learn how to unsubscribe your business from Mira if you no longer want to use the system

If, for whatever reason, you no longer want to remain subscribed to Mira, you can unsubscribe by going to Settings > Subscription dialog.

NOTE: You cannot unsubscribe from Mira using our app. You must unsubscribe from a web browser.

Unsubscribe

In the dialog, click on the red "Unsubscribe" button.

A dialog will appear confirming your choice.

You may choose to provide us with feedback (which we strongly recommend).

Again, click "Unsubscribe" in the dialog.

Your business will remain on a grace period until the end of your current billing period.

We are always looking for new ways to improve the system. Your feedback is valuable for other new customers.

Resubscribing on your grace period

If you have changed your mind and you are still on your grace period, click the green "Resume" button in the Subscription dialog.

This will resume your business subscription. You will be billed at the end of the current billing period.
