It's happening!
Pest Register is finally completing the transition over to Mira. This article will outline the changes you need to be aware of.
Switchover Date
The switchover to Mira will happen on Sunday 6th August 2023.
The system will be OFFLINE from 7.30pm AEST for up to 2 HOURS. No data will be lost, however you will not be able to use the system AT ALL during this time.
New App Requirements (IMPORTANT)
Our new Mira app will require new minimum versions of iOS and Android.
Please make sure your Apple iPhone/iPad is running minimum iOS/iPadOS 16.4
Please make sure your Android phone is running minimum Android 11
Please check for software updates within the Settings app.
If your device is unsupported, Mira will still be accessible via web browser.
Our existing Pest Register app will no longer be usable.
We recommend downloading our new Mira app in preparation to avoid any downtime while on-site at jobs next week.
Once downloaded, please continue to use the Pest Register app until Sunday.
Website Changes
The following system changes will occur on Sunday - in the mean time please continue using Pest Register as normal:
https://pestregister.com will no longer be accessible. It will instead redirect to our new website - https://mira.au
The business management system will be accessible via https://app.mira.au
The Client Connect portal will be accessible via https://connect.mira.au
Our existing Pest Register apps will no longer be usable. Download our new Mira app

Help articles can be accessed via https://help.mira.au
Give us feedback and upvote user suggestions at https://feedback.mira.au
Any clients who have received pestregister.com invoice payment links, quotation acceptance links, client referal links and appointment message links will be redirected to the appropriate mira.au link. They should not be affected.
Over the coming weeks, we will continue to change the name of "Pest Register" on any other services, articles and videos we supply. This should not result in any downtime.
