Clients can accept quotations via email or Client Connect.
Client Connect method
Client Connect allows the client to keep a history of quotations / work you've completed for them, however they may perform the actions outlined here via the email sent to them directly.
Once a quotation has been published and sent to valid email address, the quotation will appear in their Client Connect portal.
If the client opens the quotation, they will be presented with the following details:
Business eCard
Quotation Number
Quotation Date
Quotation Expiry Date
Total amount
Contact Details
The client can view the quotation by clicking Download PDF which will display the quotation as a PDF.
Once the client has reviewed the quotation, they can either get in contact with your business or accept the quotation by clicking Accept Quotation.
Email method
If the client has not signed up for Client Connect, a link will be added to the Quotation PDF which will redirect them to the same acceptance dialog as above, where they can accept the quotation or get in contact.
