Files can be managed via the navigation menu.
Categories
Categories exist in the right-hand sidebar.
You can use categories to help organise your files and group together related items.
You can reorder your file category list by dragging them.
PDFs for documents such as reports, invoices and quotations are automatically uploaded into their respective category during creation.
You can also create and edit custom categories with their own unique colour and icon.
When deleting a category, you can optionally choose to delete all files uploaded within that category too.
Uploading Files
Files can be uploaded by dragging them into / clicking on the white box at the top.
If you have opened a category and upload an item, it will automatically be added to that category.
Interacting with files
On desktop, you can right click a file to quickly perform some common actions, including viewing, downloading and deleting the file.
By toggling a file's visibility, you can show/hide the file from other staff members.
If another staff member has the "File Administration" permission on their account, they will be able to see all files, no matter how this is toggled.
You can quickly move a file to another category by dragging it onto another category in the sidebar.
Clicking on a file will open its main dialog with all available details including the above options.
You can also edit the file's title and description.
