At the login screen click on the "Forgot your password?" button.

Now type in the email that is linked to your account.

Now check your email for further instructions of setting a new password.

Your new password must contain at least one uppercase and lowercase letter, plus a special character (!@#$%^&*). It must also NOT be a previous password which you have used.
