This release contains many small improvements to help improve overall usability and responsiveness of Mira!

2024.7.1 (UPDATE)

Thanks for your feedback regarding our changes to the calendar.

Due to numerous requests, we have added two new additional options to Settings > Account Details which allows you to restore the previous behaviour for interacting with the calendar

The new options:

  • Go back to the scheduler after creating a document from that screen

  • Allow the scheduler to scroll horizontally to fit more appointment details


Calendar / Scheduler

  • When interacting with any of the action buttons in the Appointment dialog, you'll automatically be redirected back to the scheduler after creating a quotation/report/invoice

  • The scheduler can now be scrolled horizontally on mobile screens to fit more details about each appointment into the single view

New: Set your default scheduler view

You can now select which scheduler mode to use when clicking "Calendar" in the navigation menu.

You can change this option in Settings > Account Details.

New: Reorder your staff

You can now reorder your business staff list.

The order you specify will be displayed on the Staff Schedule and any other staff lists.

You can reorder them directly on the Staff Schedule, or from the Staff list page:

The order you specify will be displayed to all staff within your business.

Forms & Reports

  • Added ability to generate sample form PDFs when editing a form on any device type (previously restricted to PC mode)

  • When creating a new report, it will now automatically save locally after selecting a form. Previously it required you to fill in all client/report details first

Your business form list has a new design with the following changes:

  • New consistent search bar design to match the other system modules

  • Added a sidebar with new options of finding specific forms using filters

  • Generating a new report now also uses a similar sidebar with filters for finding a specific form

  • Added a new System Default for automatically toggling the "Send report to client before payment of invoice" when creating a new report.
    You can set this option in System Defaults > Reports tab

Miscellaneous Changes

  • Fixed a bug where your staff list could become blank after updating a staff member's details

  • Performance improvements to the File Manager - searching for files should be much faster

  • Search boxes are now always positioned at the top of the page when scrolling through results

  • Files & Drawings now use a consistent search bar design to match the other system modules

  • Usability improvement to dropdown boxes on mobile to make it easier to exit the dropdown

  • Added support for iOS 18 themed Mira app icon to match light/dark/tinted modes

  • The "Report & Invoice Trends" widget will now only display if the account has the "Access Analytics Widgets" permission
