Client CSV Export
Our first update for 2024 mentioned that we aim to make Mira more data-driven - which means giving you greater control over the data you store on Mira and how you can retrieve it.
This latest release continues on this path by introducing the ability to export your clients as a CSV.
Staff permission
Make sure you give applicable staff the "Client Export" permission.
Performing an export
On the client list, we've added checkboxes which allow you to select which clients to perform the export on.
To export all your clients, click the "Select All" checkbox at the very top left.
To continue, at the bottom right, click "Export".
You can then select which information about your clients that you'd like to export.
By default, it will export all their details, including name, email addresses, phone numbers and addresses.
Once you've confirmed your selection...
... you'll receive a notification with a download to the CSV.
This might take a minute if you have thousands of clients within your Mira business.
The CSV will contain all your selected clients and their relevant information.
